JAMIE MUÑOZ
Founder
Jamie Muñoz is Founder and President of Value Elements and has nearly two decades of experience serving the world’s wealthiest and most demanding clients in the corporate aviation industry.
Jamie was raised in a small farm town of about 1,200 people in rural west Texas. The daughter of two full-time ministers, she saw first-hand the positive, lasting impact of a servant’s heart and has sought to apply that approach to every facet of her professional career.
In 2001, she moved to Dallas, Texas and began working in an entry level position for an FBO (fixed base operation) at Dallas Love Field, while attending college. She soon fell in love with private jets and the fast-pace and unpredictable environment of general aviation. During her first year with the company, she was awarded Customer Service Representative of the Year, a coveted acknowledgement that was given to the single employee with the most positive client feedback. Soon after, she was promoted to manage and oversee three departments that directly interacted with customers flying in and out of the luxury facility. Two years later, she was offered the opportunity to begin leasing jets through charter sales in addition to handling trip coordination for aircraft owners and overseeing all details for each flight. Her aviation experience would continue to evolve to include Aircraft Management and Business Development, in addition to receiving her FAA Flight Attendant certification.
In 2006, while working as Manager of Charter Sales and Flight Scheduling, Jamie was one of a handful of nation-wide applicants that was awarded a scholarship by the National Business Aviation Association. She continued working and attended night classes five days a week until she earned her FAA Dispatch License from The Institute of Flight Operations & Dispatch in Dallas.
In 2011, Jamie was promoted to the new role of Chief Brand Manager where she launched a company-wide re-branding effort that included an overhaul of training, service approaches and marketing . While in this role, the organization was repeatedly recognized nationally as the number two operation in country, out of thousands of competitors. She also initiated and oversaw the launch of the organization’s 501(c)(3) and coordinated all community outreach programs that benefited children, veterans, and animals.
In 2017, Mrs. Muñoz was approached by a Fortune 100 company with the opportunity to oversee the development of a revolutionary aviation software program that is centered around a customer focus approach and positive user experience. After four years, she was excited to see the product launch to market. In the summer of 2021, Jamie was offered the job of her dreams as General Manager for a brand new FBO at Addison Airport, which opened in 2022.
In 2020, Jamie was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 honoree by the National Business Aviation Association for her work in Technology and Innovation.
Jamie and her husband also own and operate Flight Elements, LLC, an aircraft care and trip detail company that assist flight crews and flight departments in the Dallas area with their aircraft service needs. She is Co-Chair for the NBAA YoPro Council and is Chair of YoPro Go!.
Outside of her career, Mrs. Muñoz is actively involved in her community and has served as a board member for Rotary International, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), and as a motivational speaker in two juvenile detention facilities in Texas. She was also Secretary of Business Jet Cares, Inc., a non-profit she helped establish with her former employer, that has raised over $300,000 for veteran charities and provided Christmas wishes for more than 670 children since inception. She and her husband enjoy golfing, attending sporting events and traveling in their 30-foot camper with their two dogs and son, Maddux.
"A memorable customer experience goes so much deeper than a simple transaction. In many cases, it establishes relationships that will bring about business altering impacts for years to come."
